Registration
The user creates an account, confirms account details, and accepts the terms, privacy policy, and sign-in rules.
This document explains access rules, permitted use, billing, URLs and reports, termination, and liability limits. Short explanations come first, followed by the full legal text.
A user creates an account, runs analysis, pays when a plan requires payment, and may later stop using the service.
The user creates an account, confirms account details, and accepts the terms, privacy policy, and sign-in rules.
The user runs analysis, works with reports, keeps access secure, and stays within the limits of the license.
If a paid plan is selected, charges apply in advance for the next subscription period and renew automatically until cancelled.
The user may stop using the service, and the operator may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk to the platform, or non-payment.
Each block combines a plain-language summary with the full legal text. Highlighted blocks cover billing, refunds, and liability limits.
Access to seodot.net is granted after registration, sign-in through an approved authentication method, or another access path that the operator has explicitly enabled. The user must provide accurate account details and keep them up to date.
The user is responsible for protecting passwords, email access, tokens, verification codes, and all other credentials. All actions performed from the account before notice of compromise is given are treated as actions of the user or of a person to whom the user gave access.
The operator may request additional identity confirmation, temporarily restrict sign-in, or immediately close access where there are signs of compromise, false registration data, abuse of plan limits, multi-user account sharing without separate permission, or another reasonable risk to the service and its users.
The operator grants the user a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the service during the paid period or within the free-access limits. That license exists only for the internal business or professional use of the user or the users company unless a separate contract states otherwise.
The user may not resell the service, sublicense it, expose internal access to unrelated parties, bypass plan limits, copy the interface or code, extract source code, build a competing product from the internal logic of the platform, send harmful load, or interfere with infrastructure operations.
The service may not be used for unlawful activity, malicious mass crawling, collection of data in violation of third-party rights, spam, security circumvention, distribution of harmful files, or any other conduct that may harm the service, its users, or third parties.
Paid plans are billed in advance for the subscription period shown on the pricing page, invoice, or inside the account. A subscription renews automatically until the user cancels renewal before the next billing date.
The user must maintain a valid payment method and ensure that payment can be collected when due. If a charge fails, the operator may restrict some features, move the account to a lower-access mode, or suspend the paid plan until payment succeeds.
If the operator changes price, limits, or plan composition, the new price applies from the next paid period after reasonable notice. If the user does not agree, the user must cancel renewal before the next charge.
Unless a separate SLA, individual contract, or mandatory law requires otherwise, fees for a period that has already started are non-refundable. An exception may apply for duplicate billing, a clear technical billing error, or another case that the operator expressly accepts as a refund basis.
The user retains rights to websites, URLs, text, images, and other materials that the user lawfully controls and submits to the service. By submitting a URL or related material for analysis, the user grants the operator a limited right to process it only for report generation, run-history storage, reopening of results, export, and related technical actions.
The user represents that the user has the right to submit the URL and related materials and that submission does not violate law, third-party rights, access rules, confidentiality obligations, or restrictions imposed by the website owner.
Reports, exports, and recommendations are provided as a working tool for reviewing pages. They do not guarantee growth in traffic, rankings, revenue, or indexation. The user alone decides how to apply the results and remains responsible for any website or business change made on the basis of a report.
The operator uses reasonable efforts to keep the service operational, but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability at every moment. Maintenance windows, emergency work, slower response, supplier outages, temporary feature restrictions, and other interruptions may occur as part of operating and securing the product.
Public pages show a bottom cookie consent panel. The user may keep required cookies only, open the detailed list, or allow optional analytics. Required cookies support sign-in, form protection, storing the choice, and Cloudflare operation; Yandex Metrica loads only after consent.
The operator may change features, limits, interface elements, internal scoring logic, report formats, and access flows where this is needed for security, product development, legal compliance, third-party integration changes, or infrastructure stability.
Beta features, early-access modules, experimental capabilities, and other pre-release items are provided as is, may be withdrawn without notice, and may carry separate limitations on quality, result retention, and support.
Rights in the software code, interface design, service structure, databases, brand identifiers, documentation, graphics, and other elements of the product belong to the operator or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service or any part of it to the user.
The user may not use the operators trademarks, logos, or brand assets without written permission unless a different rule is expressly published on the site.
If the user sends ideas, comments, bug reports, feature requests, or other feedback, the operator may use that feedback without a separate fee where the law allows it. That permission exists only so the service can improve and does not cancel the users rights in the users own materials outside the service.
The service, reports, exports, recommendations, integrations, and other results are provided as is to the maximum extent permitted by law. The operator does not separately guarantee the accuracy of every output, uninterrupted availability, fitness for a users particular purpose, absence of errors in every run, or that a report will produce better rankings, traffic, revenue, or indexation.
The operator is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of customers, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, website downtime, reduced search visibility, third-party claims against the users website, or other downstream effects arising from use or inability to use the service unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Where the law allows the limitation, the total cap on the operators direct liability for all claims over the twelve months before the event giving rise to the dispute is limited to the greater of the amount the user paid to the operator during that period or the equivalent of 100 EUR for free access. This cap does not apply where the law expressly forbids such a limitation.
The user may stop using the service at any time. If a paid period is in progress, access and billing continue until the end of the already paid term unless a separate contract or mandatory law requires a different result. The operator may immediately restrict or terminate access for non-payment, a serious breach of the terms, risk to the service, attempts to bypass limits, unlawful conduct, or a reasonable legal requirement.
If a claim, demand, penalty, investigation, lawsuit, or expense is brought against the operator because of the users conduct, submitted materials, breach of these terms, or violation of third-party rights, the user agrees to reimburse the operator for reasonable losses, costs, and defence expenses to the extent that the matter was caused by the user.
The operator is not responsible for delay or non-performance caused by events outside its reasonable control, including backbone-network failure, data-centre outage, fire, war, action by authorities, major power-grid failure, mass failure of a supplier, or another event of force majeure.
Unless the law of the users country requires a different result, these terms are governed by the law of the country of the operators registration. Before either side starts a court case, the parties will try to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiations. If that fails, the dispute may be brought before the competent court at the place of the operators registration unless mandatory law gives the user another path.
Short explanations are shown directly under each term.
A right to use the service without receiving ownership. The operator may grant the same right to other users at the same time.
If a dispute is caused by your materials or conduct, you cover the reasonable losses and defence costs of the operator for that part of the dispute.
An external event outside reasonable control, such as a backbone failure, fire, war, action by authorities, or a major supplier outage.
The law of the country that is used to interpret the contract unless mandatory rules of another country override it.
By continuing to use seodot.net after the update date, you confirm that you have read this document, understand the key duties, billing rules, and liability limits, and agree to comply with these terms.
